How much does MCP cost and how do credits work?

The MCP server is available to Artima users as part of early access. AI actions (such as content generation) consume credits from your plan, just as if you ran them in the app.

Do my workspace permissions apply?

Yes. MCP respects your workspace roles. The Member role has read-only access. Destructive actions (such as deleting) are additionally blocked by the server configuration.

How long does the sign-in last?

The OAuth sign-in lasts approximately 30 days. After it expires, simply sign in again in your AI client.

I don't see Artima's new tools in my client. What now?

AI clients cache the list of available tools when connecting. When we add new tools, disconnect and reconnect the connector. The list will refresh.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply to your next billing period.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can buy more credits or upgrade your plan. Already scheduled posts will publish without issues.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, every plan includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial you decide whether to continue.

What social networks do you support?

Currently: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Threads. More platforms (YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat) coming soon.

How does AI content creation work?

Artima learns your communication style, tone, and brand voice from examples of your content. Then just enter a topic and AI creates a complete post including copy, visuals, and hashtags.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period.

What counts as a credit?

It depends on the action: generating or enhancing text costs 0.5 credits, a standard image 4–7 credits, and an HD image 12 credits. The Standard plan includes 500 credits/month, enough for about 75 fully generated posts with graphics. If you run out, you can purchase more or upgrade your plan.
